Andrea’s Custom Sun Damage Treatment
Andrea spent years in the sunshine—and when it wasn’t sunny, she turned to the tanning bed. This beautiful bronzed woman had more confidence when tan, so she maintained her color year round. Tanning made her feel “ Youthful, glowing and healthy,“ she told me.
A little melanoma scare—which turned out to be benign—became a blessing when she realized her desire to be tanned had put her life in danger. She decided to get serious about skincare, changing her suntanning habits for good.

Andrea felt deeply empowered about taking care of her skin with a rational approach. I was determined to help her see, feel and respect the value of good skincare, and to be kinder and gentler to her skin.
Andrea had sensitive, dry skin. Before we began treatments, it was leathery with freckles and dark spots, milia, congestion, facial puffiness and pronounced lines around her eyes. Time spent in the sun and poor skincare habits had made her skin unhealthy and age faster than normal.
While preparing and pairing ingredients for her treatment to address the skin around her eyes, I added additional ingredients to the standard eye treatment formula to create a customized blend. The product consistency became soothing and creamy. The light texture was quickly absorbed, providing balance, moisture and protection. The custom cream provided a much needed boost of antioxidants and nutrients.
I gave Andrea a small sample jar of her custom eye treatment to take home. Few days later she asked me for a bigger jar, telling me that the treatment was gentle and provided good hydration during the day and on the rest of her face, not just her eye area. The results were remarkable, and the natural, fresh product became a permanent part of her routine.
I continued to use the new eye treatment in my practice on many clients with similar skin conditions. The eye treatment, now called the Cream de la Cream, is now part of our permanent Private Collection.
