Our goal is to help you find products that are best for your skin, please email us at info@bbjulianna.com for any skin concerns or questions prior to your order.

If you are not sure about what to order please schedule a consultation to discuss your skin concerns, products and your skincare goals.

Half of the consultation coast will be issued as a gift card for the recommended skincare products.

Based on the season and availability we offer samples that you may request with your order. We can not send samples without a purchase.

Full priced items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of placing your order. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and unaltered. Customers are responsible for all shipping coasts associated with their return or exchange.

Beauty by Julianna ships to residential and business addresses in United States and do not offer shipping to United States PO Boxes.

Beauty by Julianna offers standard shipping at a rate of $9.00 on all orders.

We use UPS as our shipping carrier and don’t provide a guaranteed day of delivery.

Please understand that we will do everything we can to deliver your items ASAP.
